Why I'm Starting This Newsletter

I’m Abhishek — a data analyst and AI builder with 6.5+ years across ad-tech, ed-tech, and digital commerce. I’m starting this newsletter for a simple reason: most of what I learn on the job never leaves the job. A good forecasting trick, a hard-won lesson about why a “simple” data pipeline broke, a small AI tool that saved someone three hours of manual work — that knowledge usually just sits in a Slack thread or a closed ticket.

This is where I’ll write it down instead.

What to expect here

Data quality and SSOT systems. I spend a lot of my time making sure the numbers a business relies on are actually correct — I’ll share the patterns, tools, and mistakes I run into building monitoring and reconciliation systems.

Revenue analytics and forecasting. Practical notes on pipeline forecasting, KPI governance, and dashboarding — the kind of thing that’s obvious in hindsight but took me a while to learn the first time.

Applied AI, without the hype. I’m building lightweight AI tools that solve narrow, real problems — including one running live on this site’s Tool page. I’ll write about what actually works, what doesn’t, and why “AI agent” doesn’t have to mean “complicated.”

Why weekly

Short and consistent beats long and occasional. My goal is one useful, specific idea per post — not a monthly essay you’ll bookmark and never read.
